Replacement Policy (Damaged/Wrong Product)
We provide replacement in the following circumstances:
- In case you receive a damaged product
- In case you receive a wrong product
Required Conditions:
- An unboxing video is mandatory when claiming any damage or wrong product.
- The problem should be reported within 48 hours from delivery.
- The product should be in the same package with all items intact
Return Policy
We allow return of the product in the following cases:
- The product has not been used or worn
- It has remained in the same condition with packaging
- Return request has been made within 48 hours from delivery ❌ Returns will NOT BE made in the following situations:
- In case of use or wear of the product
- Any damage caused after delivery
- Without any valid proof.
How to Ask for Return/Replacement
For any return/replacement request, please send an email with the following information:
- Video of unboxing (in case of damaged/wrong product)
- Order ID
- Details of your problem

Given that our bracelets can be adjusted in size, problems related to sizing are very rare occurrences. For this reason, we discourage applications for sizing reasons.
